Please join us in welcoming our new physician, Dr. Tracie Newman.
Pediatric and Young Adult Medicine is proud to introduce a new addition to our practice. Dr. Tracie Newman will be joining our practice on July 6, 2010. Dr. Newman is a highly accomplished graduate of the University of North Dakota Medical School. She completed her residency with the University of Minnesota in 2010 and holds a Masters Degree in Public Health from the University of Minnesota. A former high school biology teacher, Dr. Newman has a passion for child health and nutrition in particular the importance of breast feeding. She tirelessly dedicates herself to advocating for improved child public policy and human rights and providing a voice for children in the state legislature. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, AAP Breastfeeding Interest Chapter and Physicians for Human Rights. Dr. Newman resides in Minneapolis with her husband and two children.
Dr. Newman is currently accepting appointments in our Saint Paul and Lake Elmo offices for her start date of July 6 and beyond. Please help us extend to her a warm welcome and great success as the newest member of our practice.



The American Academy of Pediatrics has revised its guidelines and now recommends that all infants and children, including adolescents, have a minimum daily intake of 400IU of Vitamin D beginning shortly after birth.
