PYAM Providers have graciously been taking phone calls from parents and patients during their regularly scheduled appointments for decades. In the past, this was achievable, however the volume of calls has increased to a degree that is not compatible with focused and efficient patient care. Subsequently, to enable us to continue excellent care and focus without frequent interruption, the Providers at PYAM will soon be making a significant change in our phone accessibility during Office Hours. This truly will be best for patient care. Of course, our Central Appointment staff are ready and able to take your calls and schedule an appointment that day with one of our wonderful PYAM Providers to address your concerns and to take great care of our patients.
