Dr. Garr graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and completed her Medical Degree and Pediatric Residency at the University of Minnesota. She joined Pediatric and Young Adult Medicine in 1990. Dr. Garr lives in a suburb of St. Paul with her husband Dr. Michael Garr, an adult Cardiologist, and their three wonderful children. She enjoys physical fitness programs, photography, needlepoint, volunteering at her children’s schools and caring for her dogs!
