During these very difficult times have been working on ways to expand our access to our patients and are now able to offer you a safe and more convenient way to see our providers for ill visits. Starting immediately, you will now be able to consult with a provider from the comfort of home through our new virtual appointment system.
What is a Telemedicine Visit?
A Telemedicine visit is made by an appointment and preformed over your computer, tablet or smart phone. These type of appointments helps limit in-person interactions during the COVID-19 pandemic. You will still be able to discuss concerns live with a provider, have prescriptions sent to your pharmacy. Please call our office to determine if this service is appropriate for your child, not all visits can be done virtually it may be determined during the call that it best for you come into the office. There may be a need for lab work or further evaluation to determine the best treatment. You must be an established patient of PYAM to be scheduled for a virtual appointment.

How do I know if I can access my virtual Appointment?
Virtual appointment can be access by a computer, tablet or smart phone as long as your device has internet access, google chrome browser, and your device has a camera and audio capability.
How can I schedule a virtual Appointment?
Call our Central Appointment Line 651-256-6714. After you schedule your appointment you will receive an email or text asking you to check into our Doxy.me waiting at the time of your appointment. Once the provider is available, they will check you in from the waiting room.
Is there a charge for this visit and will it be covered by my insurance?
Yes, there is a charge for the visit, most insurance companies are covering these types of visits. If you have concerns, please contact your insurance company for further information.
